To be eligible to apply under this category,
You must obtained sponsorship from an appropriate regional authority of a State or Territory (S/T) government
You must be a holder of an Investor Sponsor (Provisional) visa and for at least 2 of the 4 years immediately before the application is made, you must be in Australia
Both you and your spouse had never engaged in any business or investment activities that are considered unacceptable in Australia;
You must have genuine commitment to maintain a business or investment activity in Australia
You and your spouse must have held the designated investment for at least 4 years continuously.
