To be eligible to apply under this category,
You must obtain a relevant State/Territory sponsorship;
You must hold one of Business provisional visa;
You must have an ownership interest in one or more qualifying main businesses in Australia for at least 2 years immediately before the application is made and Australian Business Number and Business Activity Statement has been lodged with Australian Taxation Office
You (or you and your spouse together) beneficially own net assets of at least A$ 75,000 in value in the main business in Australia, for at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before applying;
For at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before the application is made, You & your spouse beneficially own a business, or businesses in Australia with a total annual turnover of not less than A$200,000;
For at least 12 months immediately before the application is made, you & your spouse main business or businesses employed at least 1 full-time employees (or equivalent) who are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand passport holders and they are not your family members;
For at least 12 months immediately before the application is made, you & your spouse must have personal and business assets in Australia at least A$250,000;
Both you and/or your spouse had never been involved in any undesirable commercial/investment activities that would have been unacceptable in Australia;
For at least 1 of the 2 years immediately before the application is made, you must be in Australia.
